On November 8, 2019, AEC Student Council organized a sit-in at the gate of the school joining the students’ voices to the young protesters all around Lebanon, demanding a better future in Lebanon. They had discussions, sang patriotic songs and chanted their demands waving Lebanese flags. Some HU students encouraged them by joining to the protest.
