On February 28, we commemorated Saint Vartanants Day where our students participated through poetry and song. We were pleased to welcome Father Azad Filigian, who spoke about the meaning of Vartanants and its connection to our identity. He also explained the significance of Poun Paregentan in our lives and emphasized that we should strive to be like Vartan, protecting our faith, culture, and identity just as he did. Vartanants is not just a day we remember once a year, it continues through our faith, identity, and culture. By preserving and protecting these, we embody the spirit of hero Vartan. We sincerely thank our music teacher Mr. Ghazar Keushgerian and our Armenian teachers Ms. Vartoug Fernezlian, Mrs. Zarmine Asminian, and Mrs. Arpi Kouyoumdjian for this beautiful and meaningful assembly.
