Since moving our classes online, we’ve been finding ways to keep our students engaged beyond the screen. Inspired by a wonderful idea from our Board of Trustees, we held our first recreational program session for secondary students on Friday, October 25, at the Armenian Evangelical Shamlian Tatigian Secondary School in Bourj Hammoud. We began with chapel, praising God together for His blessings and guidance during these challenging times. Gr. 12 students prepared engaging activities for everyone, and they organized a croissant sale that brought both fun and flavor to the day. It was a heartwarming afternoon where students and teachers reconnected, enjoyed activities, and shared special moments together.
As we look forward to welcoming our elementary students next Friday afternoon, we continue to pray for peace in Lebanon and hold on to the hope of returning back to school soon. May God’s grace and protection be upon our country and bring comfort and strength to all.
