On Thursday, April 4th, the faculty and staff of AEC were privileged to participate in a highly beneficial seminar titled "Conflict Resolution," skillfully presented by Mr. Armen Balian, a grateful former student of the school. With a direct and engaging approach, Balian explored the potential causes of interpersonal conflicts in the workplace and provided numerous practical examples of effective resolution strategies. The enthusiastic involvement of the attendees clearly demonstrated their satisfaction with the session.
